CONSTRUCTION
Iltatähti (170 sqm) is a high quality villa with an exquisite view to the lake Päijänne. The villa has been constructed in 2011. From the 6m high picture window in the livingroom you can see the beautiful view of lake Päijänne, all the way up to 40 kilometers. The view of the lake is really a piece of art that looks different every single day of the year. There are 5 bedroom in the villa.
DECORATION
Iltatähti’s decoration is detailed and beautiful, giving a wonderful atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your stay above your everyday life. Iltatähti is a modern, slightly romantic and light true timber villa (laminated timber 240 x 205). The deco’s colours are white, black, mud and silver. There is also a fairly big white quartz surfaced fireplace and black shiny stone floor.
DISTRIBUTION
It is easy to comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families or a big group of friends/colleagues in Iltatähti. There are beds for 13 persons (+ 3 additional beds). Villa’s equipment: a big Festivo fridge with a freezer box, fan-assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, drying cabinet, laundry machine, sauna for 8 persons, 2 toilets, pillows and covers for 16 persons (no sheets). Downstairs: livingroom with a big corner sofa, fireplace, 55″ TV with an internet connection, a blu-ray player, dining table for 10-12 persons. Well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, toilet, sauna. Upstairs: three bedrooms with 8 beds in total + a divan sofa bed, 32″ TV and a dvd-player, toilet. Patio: partially coverd patio, a grill and furniture for 10-12 persons. Note: the grill and furniture are available only during the summer season.

Upea paikka rauhoittumiseen luonnon helmassa! Huvila on moderni ja tunnelma kodikas ja lämmin. Varustelu hyvä ja toimiva myös lasten kanssa. Makuuhuoneiden isoista ikkunoista meri ja luonto tulevat lähelle. Maisemaa jäi vain katselemaan pitkäksi aikaa täydessä hiljaisuudessa!
A great place to calm down in the heart of nature! The villa is modern and the atmosphere cozy and warm. The equipment is good and also works with children. From the large windows of the bedrooms, the sea and nature come close. The only thing left was to watch the landscape for a long time in complete silence!
